(The amendment forbids the US administration to assist Azerbaijan until Azerbaijan stops the blockade of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.) According to ambassador's words, the discussion of this question might begin only in 1-2 months, when American law-makers come to an agreement regarding the expedience of the lifting the sanctions regarding Azerbaijan and other countries.
