AZERBAIJANI MINISTER REPORTED ON POSSIBLE INTERVENTION IN KARABAKH

PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov stated "an antiterrorist action" might be held in Karabakh. In his words, Azerbaijan should make use of the current situation. He explained he meant the dispositions in the world after the terrorist attacks in U.S.A.
