AZERI EX-PREMIER APPOINTED FIRST DEPUTY OF ILHAM ALIYEV

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ex-premier of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade, yesterday dismissed from the office held, is appointed the vice premier, the republic head's administration told "Interfax" agency. It should be reminded that at the suggestion of Heydar Aliyev the Milli-Mejlis of Azerbaijan yesterday approved Ilham Aliyev as the prime minister. According to the Constitution of Azerbaijan, in case the president cannot perform his duties or is dead, the government head fulfills his functions up to the next presidential election.
