HEIDAR ALIEV AIMS TO INTRODUCE NAGORNO KARABAKH AS A COUNTRY AIDING DRUG BUSINESS

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliev has stated with the initiative to include the question of illegal drug turnover in the agenda of the informal meeting of the heads of the countries, the CIS members, taking place in Sochi these days. Before his departure from the Baku airport "Bina" the Azerbaijani leader has stated he intends to touch the question of using the Azerbaijani territory, which is now controlled by Armenian forces, with this purpose. This is the first serious attempt to use international stand to introduce Nagorno Karabakh as a country, aiding the drug business.
