 Alexander Gurnov: extension of Russian military base deployment -reasonable step September 30, 2010 - 18:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Over the last 20years, Russia’s policy on CIS states has been rather ambiguous, according to Russia Today’s TV commentator Alexander Gurnov. “Russia feels responsible for the region; however, to bear a responsibility, the country has to regain its influence.
