According to his words, it can be hardly implemented the passing of the amendments to the main rule for the earlier appointed terms. Arutyunyan has named the unavoidable difficulties that will raise at the discussing of the amendment package in the Parliament as the basis of this forecast. The chairman of the constitutional Court is sure that the amendment bill will cause controversy of the opposition political forces.
