Armenian Foreign Minister: EP members’ visit to Armenia and Artsakh gives them a better idea of regional situationOctober 29, 2010 - 21:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the members of European Parliament currently on a visit to Yerevan. The foreign Minister emphasized the necessity of the expansion of interparliamentary ties and their importance in the strengthening of Armenia-EU relations. Nalbandian stressed the importance of the EP members’ visit to Armenia and Artsakh which will provide them with a better idea of the situation, current issues and ways towards their settlement. The foreign minister briefed the guests on current stage of Karabakh conflict settlement. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
