  RA Defense Minister receives Belgian Senator Dominique TilmansNovember 3, 2010 - 21:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 3, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received Belgian Senator Dominique Tilmans. Dominique Tilmans briefed Seyran Ohanyan on a program aimed at increasing women’s role in establishing peace in the South Caucasus, the RA Defense Ministry’s press service reported. The first two stages of the program initiated by Tilmans were held in Brussels and Tbilisi, while next stages are envisaged to be conducted in Baku, Yerevan and Stepanakert. Appreciating women’s role in the establishment of lasting peace, Seyran Ohanyan noted that active participation of women in the Karabakh liberation war has allowed establishing the current relative peace. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
