Edward Nalbandian: heads of OSCE member states warned Azerbaijani leadership

PanARMENIAN.Net - Summarizing the results of the OSCE summit in Astana, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that the summit was very important from the point of view of noting the recent developments in the Karabakh conflict settlement.

According to Nalbandian, the joint statement of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders clearly reads that the conflict should be resolved peacefully through negotiations.

He added that heads of the OSCE member states stressed in their statements that the threat or use of force is unacceptable.

“The Russian President also pointed to it in his statement. In my opinion, it is a serious warning for the Azerbaijani leadership,” the RA MFA press service quoted Nalbandian as saying.
