The enterprise "Razdancement", which is the only cement producer in Armenia, increased the prices by 10%. The cement crisis that is at its height has raised the wholesale price from 23000 to 65000 drams per ton. Now the price is 26000drams per ton. Vazgen Poghosyan, the chairman of the Builder Union of Armenia, during his interview for "Noyan Tapan" stated that the price raise makes unreal the meeting of the conditions of the earlier signed agreements. If it is taken into consideration that the cement price in its prime cost is 20%, it is obvious, that in this situation either the builders will have to refuse the fulfilling of the orders, or they will have to demand the reconsideration of the conditions of agreements. At the special meeting of the council of Builder Union, the appeal to the country government was received with the call to make efforts to stop the constructing material price raise.
