Our country seeks to create such rules of game that will be clear, will correspond to international standards and be acceptable for businessmen, and to guarantee their further observance,” Kocharian stressed. “We see the nowadays Europe as a multi-layer political construction, through which the collective striving for solution of issues of security, establishment of democracy, human rights, law and transition to more developed economic systems is being expressed. By becoming the member of European Council, Armenia has declared its aspiration for being the active participant of those processes.
