The official visit of Armenian President Robert Kocharian to Belgium will begin Tuesday, Mediamax was told today in the press office of the president.On June 6th, Robert Kocharian will meet with the vice-speaker of the European Parliament, Renzo Imbeni, and the president of the European Commission, Romano Prodi. The same day the meeting of the Armenian president with NATO Secretary General George Robertson will also take place. On June 7th, Kocharian’s meeting with the president of the European Parliament Nicole Fontaine is planned. The same day Armenian president will hold talks with vice-premier, foreign minister of Belgium Louis Michel, after what the signing of several bilateral documents will take pace. The President of Armenia will also meet with the chairman of the House of Representatives of Belgium, H. de Kro, and will participate in the session of the House and the Senate. On June 8th, Armenian President will meet with the general secretary of the Council of European Union (EU), Javier Solana. The same day Robert Kocharian will hold meetings with the Mayor of Brussels and representatives of the Armenian community. On June 9th, the delegation of Armenia will return to Yerevan.
