  Armenian constitutional court to discuss Protocol on Russian military base deployment extension January 21, 2011 - 21:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At February 15 sitting, Armenian constitutional court will discuss the compliance of the Protocol on extension of Russian military base deployment with Armenian Constitution. The Protocol on extension of Russian military base deployment in Guymri till 2044 was signed during the state visit of Russian President to Yerevan.
