Tevan Poghosyan: new war in Karabakh will differ from that of 1990s

PanARMENIAN.Net - Executive Director of the International Center for Human Development Tevan Poghosyan said that if a war bursts out in the Karabakh conflict zone, it will differ from that of 1990s.

Hostilities will involve not only the contact line of the armed forces, but also such the cities Baku and Gyanja, Poghosyan said during Yerevan-Moscow TV space bridge.
