  Cavusoglu behaves like a Turkish-Azerbaijani lobbyist, MP says April 8, 2011 - 12:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Mevlut Cavusoglu behaves like a Turkish-Azerbaijani lobbyist, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia said. “PACE President is not empowered to discuss opening of Stepanakert airport, as he is not a representative of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),” Gagik Melikyan said when commenting on the recent statements by Mr. Cavusoglu. Commenting on the opening of Stepanakert airport, Cavusoglu said he can raise the issue during the next PACE session.
