  Republic party: RA authorities conceive they cannot remain in office through bloodshed April 28, 2011 - 18:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Leader of Republic party Aram Sargsyan said that the Armenian National Congress (ANC) will transfer the current absolute power into a democratic one with the assistance of dual power; otherwise a revolution will be inevitable in Armenia. “A bloodless regime change is inevitable,” Sargsyan told the April 28 opposition rally. He recalled the words of his brother, Armenia’s slain prime minister Vazgen Sargsyan: “There are matters that can be solved only publicly, otherwise we can lose Armenia.” Aram Sargsyan added that the current authorities, in contrast to previous ones, conceive that they cannot remain in office through bloodshed. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
