President of NKR Arkady Ghukasian and Armenian Minister of Internal Affairs Lieutenant-General Hayk Harutyunian discussed at the meeting in Stepanakert questions on staff preparing and technical support by Armenian law enforcement bodies to their colleagues from Nagorno Karabakh. The sides also discussed questions of strengthening interdepartmental ties.
