The fact whether a person being murdered on the video is Samvel Harutyunyan himself hasn’t been verified yet. It’s notable that the video was posted amid attempts to establish a dialogue between the authorities and opposition, which insisted on deeper investigation of the events and punishment of those responsible for deaths.
