"The resolution of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia may provide the key to the settlement of other conflicts in the Caucasus and neighboring regions", the Russian, U.S. and French co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group for Nagorno-Karabakh said at their meeting with Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev on December 11 evening.As ITAR-TASS reports, the diplomats stressed that peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia will facilitate the resolution of conflicts in Georgia, open up opportunities for building new relations between Turkey and Armenia and become an important factor of stability in the North Caucasus.
