"In case of consistent work the constitutional amendments package can be passed in 2001", leader of "Orinats Yerkir", deputy of the Armenian parliament Arthur Baghdasarian said in the interview to Mediamax.Constitutional amendments must be aimed at providing normal work of the three branches of state power, improvement of the judiciary and self-governing bodies, Baghdasarian said.
