RNK GOVERNMENT PLANS TO DECREASE THE TAX RATES

PanARMENIAN.Net - 03.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The government of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh plans a number of measures in the reform of the tax sphere of the republic. This was stated at the working session of RNK government presided by Prime Minister Anushavan Danielian, as was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the government of RNK.

The government officials have worked out a number of bills which in case of their approval at the governmental session, planned for today, will be submitted to the National Assembly of RNK.

RNK government suggests decreasing the excise tax rate of a number of goods, and cutting down the land and the income taxes. RNK leadership believes these measures will support the production of goods from local raw materials and will create favorable conditions for expanding the investment field. -0-
