CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS MAY BE INSTITUTED AGAINST "ARMENTEL" COMPANY LEADERSHIP

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Service of Compulsory Execution of Judicial Acts (SCEJA) continues the check-up in a number of automatic telephone stations of Yerevan. As press secretary of the ministry of justice of Armenia Ara Saghatelian told "Armenpress" agency, the check-up showed that the leadership of "ArmenTel" is intentionally disregarding the SCEJA decisions. In Saghatelian's words, being guided by the corresponding items of the Armenian law, deputy minister of justice, principal executor of compulsory acts of the republic Anatoly Avagian has presented an application to the prosecutor general to institute criminal proceedings against interim acing executive director of "ArmenTel" Georgius Vasilakis.
