ARMENIAN CITIZENS TO SERVE IN RUSSIAN FORCES ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Citizens of Armenia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan will serve in the Russian Federal troops of the North-Caucasian Military Okrug (NCMO) on the contractual basis. As reported by the Russian sources, plenipotentiary representative of the Russian President in the Southern Federal Okrug Viktor Kazantsev stated addressing the NCMO expanded military council. He specified that the troops will be formed by the Russian-speaking citizens of these countries. Before that the candidates will be tested by the special services, Kazantsev noted.
