As the press service of the Armenian police told "Regnum" agency, within the framework of the visit Hayk Harutyunian held a number of meetings, including a tete-a-tete with the International Police secretary general, in the course of which issues of mutual interest and those referring to the prospects of further cooperation were discussed. The parties touched upon a range of issues on struggle against international crime, on regional cooperation of law-enforcement bodies. The Armenian police chief was awarded the Golden Breastplate of the International Police for considerable contribution to international cooperation of law-enforcement bodies.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
