ARMENIAN NPP CLOSING TERMS NOT DETERMINED YET, EU SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE STATED

PanARMENIAN.Net - The exact terms of the Armenian NPP closing are not fixed yet, European Union special representative for the South Caucasus Heikke Talvitie told Arminfo agency. In his words, there exist concrete EU projects for rendering assistance to Armenia regarding ANPP closing at present. At the same time H. Talvitie expressed hope that a compromise settlement should be found. "Armenia cannot all of a sudden close the plant providing the whole republic with energy, there should be specific pre-conditions for it", - the EU special representative said, adding that Armenia constantly contacts the EU on this matter.
