NAGORNO KARABAKH READY TO HOLD NEGOTIATIONS OF ANY SCOPE

PanARMENIAN.Net - We are ready to conduct negotiations with Azerbaijan either with Armenia's participation or without it, Nagorno Karabakh Republic president Arkadi Ghukasian stated in Yerevan. He noted that bilateral negotiations on Karabakh settlement held by Armenian and Azeri presidents cannot be frequent, meanwhile "settlement of the Karabakh issue demands conducting intensive negotiations", this being the principle of the OSCE Minsk process since 1992. At the same time A. Ghukasian emphasized that whatever new the OSCE MG co-chairmen offer, "Nagorno Karabakh will never abdicate its independence".
