"It is natural that exercises of such character create extra problems in the process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, especially taking into consideration the fact that Russia is the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group", - V. Guliyev noted. In his turn Azeri defense minister Safar Abiyev stated that "exercise conducted in the enemy country is directed against Azerbaijan".
