As reported by Mediamax agency, she made the statement at a press briefing in Washington, when presenting the details of US State Secretary Colin Powell's recent visit to Moscow, in the course of which the Karabakh problem was also discussed. At that E. Jones did not revel the essence of the proposals made. In her words, in the course of the talks held with his colleagues in Moscow the State Department head discussed "OSCE Minsk Group new efforts, that aim at strengthening the negotiation process."
