ILHAM ALIYEV EXPECTS OSCE'S NEW PROPOSALS FOR KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri President Ilham Aliyev is expecting OSCE to submit new proposals for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. "Very good conditions have been created for putting them forward", I. Aliyev stated upon completion of his visit to Moscow, Interfax agency reports. In his words, a basis of the conflict resolving, which is favorable for Azerbaijan, appeared in the documents presented by the Council of Europe and the European Union. Aliyev called the OSCE Minsk Group mediators to take more active part in the Karabakh problem settlement. He noted that he counts on this activation since the French and Russian Presidents stated that they are interested in the soonest resolving of the conflict. Aliyev confirmed that he is the opponent to any compromises in the Karabakh settlement and considers that Azerbaijan should not display haste to resolve the problem.
