Yerevan to host international boxing tournament on April 12-16

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 12-16, Yerevan will host an international boxing tournament - Gagik Tsarukyan Cup.

Vice President of the Armenian Boxing Federation Derenik Gabrielyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that 18 teams have confirmed applications for participation in the tournament, including from Russia, Spain, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and Israel.

“The tournament organization committee holds meetings on a daily basis. And it has almost completed preparations for the tournament,” said Gabrielyan.

The opening ceremony of the tournament will be held on April 12.
