Monitoring of Contact Line between Karabakh and Azeri Armed Forces Registered No IncidentsFebruary 28, 2006 - 17:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The recurrent planned OSCE monitoring of the contact line between the Karabakh and Azeri Armed Forces at a part of Aghdam-Barda road registered no breaks of the cease-fire regime. As reported by the Information and Analysis Department of the NKR MFA, field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Peter Kii (UK), Harry Eronen (Finland) and Jrzhi Aberle (the Czech Republic) held the monitoring from the side of the NKR Defense Army. The monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the NKR MOD and MFA.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
