Yesterday, two inspectors sent from Ankara to look into the incident said they have determined that the Samsun Police Chief, Mustafa Ilhan, and one prosecutor were also in the police station's tearoom where the images were taken; in total, 13 people were reportedly present while Samast was in the room.
