PanARMENIAN.Net - Ankara must make use of the recent U.S. anti-Turkish vote by the House Foreign Affairs Committee and launch a military operation against Kurd rebels in Northern Iraq, said Araz Azimov, co-chair of the Azeri Social Democratic Party.
