Ter-Petrosyan's supporters were plotting RA Public TV seizure

PanARMENIAN.Net - As reported by the National Security Service, Levon Ter-Petrosyan's supporters were plotting to seize the Armenian Public Television.



The investigation department of the National Security Service has initiated a criminal case in compliance of article 300 of the RA Penal Code (usurpation of state power).



A certain Karen Ter-Stepanyan, who is reported to participate in the rallies on Liberty Square, was detained.



Ter-Stepanyan testified that they were planning to organize a march toward the TV mast, penetrate into the territory and demand air for Levon Ter-Petrosyan.



Several other people were also detained. Pistols, guns, grenades, bullet-proof vest were confiscated, the RA NSS press office reported.
