Moscow declaration roadmap for Karabakh settlement?

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Moscow declaration signed by Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia is a roadmap envisaging possible ways to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russia's Ambassador to Azerbaijan said.

"Although Nagorno Karabakh is not a signatory of the declaration, it does not mean that NK can't take part in the negotiation process," Vasily Istratov said.

"There are plenty of opinions on the issue but we should proceed from provisions of the declaration," he said, Novosti Azerbaijan reports.
