After surrendering 5 territories to Azerbaijan recognition of NKR to last forever

"If you look from the outside, the issue of returning 5 regions is so important that certain terms are fixed, while the issue of Karabakh independence can linger forever," Vardan Khachatryan said. If recognition of NKR independence remains unresolved, then Armenia will face even more difficulties in future than it has today, MP said



He named 'strange' the silence of the Armenian authorities, who did not reacted to a categorical statement by the American co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza. "If there is no agreement yet, why to make such harsh statements about surrender of the territories?" Mr. Khachatryan wonders.



According to Mr. Khachatrian, one of the last statements of the official Baku to force Armenia to peace resembles the theater of "absurd."



"Russia could force Georgia to peace during the war, but what could Azerbaijan dictate to Armenia and the reason why it made such declaration is unknown", Vardan Khachatryan stressed.
