  Dink murderer will be tried in juvenile court  October 25, 2010 - 17:25 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - An Istanbul court has ruled that Ogun Samast, the primary suspect in the assassination of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper Hrant Dink, is to be tried in a juvenile court, CNNTirk reported. The court based its decision on the grounds that Samast was under the age of 18 at the time of the assassination.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot".
