Marseilles to host Third Congress of Armenian National Council of Western Armenians

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 27-28, Marseilles will host the Third Congress of the Armenian National Council of Western Armenians.

Speeches dedicated to problems of Western Armenia and western Armenians' rights will be delivered the first day of the Congress. The second day will be dedicated to the 90th anniversary of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson's decision on borders of Western Armenia.

Besides, speeches will be delivered concerning offers for the organization's activity in 2011.

The Congress will bring together representatives of the Armenian National Council of Western Armenians from various countries, Yerkramas reported.
