Ahmet Davutoglu: Turkey is an important member of NATO

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu expressed his satisfaction with the new Strategic Concept on ballistic missiles approved at a NATO summit in Lisbon over the weekend.

“Turkey is an important member of the Alliance. The role of Turkey in decision-making mechanism is obvious, the country being efficient in commandment system issues,” Davutoglu emphasized.

Turkey, in compliance with peace and cooperation principles, continues development of strategic collaboration mechanisms. Following Iraq, Syria, Greece and Russia, Turkey will host a joint governmental session with Egypt, TRT Russian reported.
