  Baku’s nerves fail after OSCE summit: increased instances of ceasefire violation reported December 4, 2010 - 16:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Increased instances of ceasefire violation at the line of contact between NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces were reported over the last week. Azerbaijanis aimed intense fire in the direction of Askeran and Martakert. Throughout the week, Azerbaijan fired over 350 shots using SVD and other rifles. The fire was stopped due to retaliatory measures taken by the Karabakh armed forces, the NKR Defence Ministry press service reported.
