Aggressive statements addressed to Armenia from the Azeri side though carrying pre-election character can complicate the process of negotiation on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Armenian parliament vice-speaker Vahan Hohannisian stated today at the meeting with the newly appointed UN special representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie. In the words of the vice-speaker, such statements create the atmosphere of intolerance among the people.
