March 26 a sitting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will be held in Minsk. As reported by ITAR-TASS news agency, the forum agenda includes issues of non-proliferation and not spreading means of transportation of nuclear weapons, as well as interaction in the law-enforcement and humanitarian fields. It should be noted that Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian will participate in the forum.
