BAKU REFUSES FROM NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH "CONSIDERING ABSENCE OF PROPOSALS BY OSCE MINSK GROUP"
The meeting of the Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers planned March 29 has been postponed for an uncertain period. As Azeri FM Vilayat Guliyev told journalists, the demand of the official Baku to put off the meeting was conditioned by "the absence of any concrete proposals by the OSCE Minsk Group for the formal negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to be held by foreign ministers of the two countries".
