Today in Yerevan the Court Martial of the group of Russian troops in Transcaucasia started consideration of the case of former Commander of the group of Russian frontier troops in Armenia Vyacheslav Aboimov. The General is accused of exceeding his commission, which expressed in illegal transfer of 3.5 million rubles to the account of Simeron Enterprises Armenian company. The investigation of the criminal case was started August 20 last year. Materials of an inspection, held at the group of the frontier troops by representatives of the Office of Military Prosecutor of Russia, formed the basis for the criminal case. However, the investigators refuse to tell the essence of the accusations - as Press Secretary of the Office of Military Prosecutor of the frontier troops Sergey Chibizov told Ural Inform news agency, comments on the proceedings will be made only after its completion.
