Hungarian Ambassador to Armenia Ferentz Contra ruled out the possibility of extraditing to Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov, the serviceman, who is accused of the homicide of the Armenian officer in Budapest. As the Ambassador told Liberty broadcasting station, Hungary and Azerbaijan have no agreement on granting prisoners' extradition.
