Nagorno Karabakh will claim final political solution of the problem and international recognition of the republic henceforth, too. Nagorno Karabakh president Arkady Ghukasian stated addressing Artsakh State University. In his words, as reported by "De Facto" agency, to attain the goal it should be proved that Nagorno Karabakh is part of Europe not only geographically, but also, the most important, in respect of its social order and political structure. Thereupon, A. Ghukasian emphasized that democratic reforms of all spheres of life would be continued in the country.
