Native Armenian Artur Sargsian, 22, shot down motor mechanic of a service center, as it seemed to him that the latter demands too much money for the car repair. A month ago he took his BMW to one of Moscow service centers to have it repaired and painted, law-enforcement bodies told Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper. Having returned in a few weeks to take his car back, the man expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the work and refused to pay the whole sum. A scuffle began, in which the motor mechanic's colleague - also native Armenian - participated as well. Sargsian snatched a TT gun from his bosom and fired. The bullets hit the belly of the Armenian repairman, who protected his colleague with his own body. Artur Sargsian, detained by the law-enforcement bodies, did not have either Moscow registration or residence permit. He stated during the interrogation that he had found the gun. The information is being checked up at present. The wounded mechanic underwent a complicated operation. The physicians managed to save his life.
