In connection of the national Russian holiday - the Day of Adopting the Declaration on State Self-Government - Armenian President Robert Kocharian and his wife visited the Russian Embassy in Yerevan today. During his congratulation speech R. Kocharian highlighted the tight links formed between the two countries and nations and expressed hope that the independent states will not only preserve the links but also consolidate them.
