Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Armenia, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian and head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Vladimir Pryakhin on the previous day signed a memorandum on destruction of Melange liquid missile fuel Soviet troops had left in the territory of the republic. As reported by Arminfo agency, the further storage of the highly explosive fuel posed threat, as the container, in which it was kept, wore out. The OSCE mission expressed readiness to provide experts, equipment and means to process and destroy the fuel.
