ONLY DEVELOPED ARMENIA CAN JUSTIFY HOPES OF ALL ARMENIANS, PARTICIPANTS OF WORLD ARMENIAN PARLIAMENTARY FORUM STATE
The future activities of the Armenian Assembly of Parliamentary Friendship (AAPF) can bring to minimum the possibility of anti-Armenian decisions by the world community in the issues of the Karabakh conflict settlement and Armenian Genocide recognition, chairman of the World Congress of Armenians Ara Abrahamian stated at the AAPF constituent assembly. He emphasized that for the resolving of the urgent problems of the Armenian people Armenia should necessarily achieve economic prosperity. Such an opinion is also held by Iranian parliament deputy Robert Beglarian, who considers that only highly-developed Armenia can justify hopes of Armenianhood all over the world. In his words, economic reforms should be carried out in Armenia, while all Armenians should unite their efforts. To remind, about 70 deputies from parliaments of 25 countries took part in the session, which comes to end today.
